Meet Pat Clisham
Pat Clisham has been a licensed real estate professional since 1974 and has worked with Sea Pines Real Estate Company since 1986. She was employed as an Associate Broker / Sales Manager for Bob Pritchett & Company in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, until her move to Hilton Head Island in 1982. At that time she obtained her South Carolina Brokers License and has been highly successful listing and selling real estate in Hilton Head, Bluffton and surrounding areas.
Pat handles a diversified client-base, and has done a great deal of relocation work with a major international corporation for the past fifteen years. She belongs to the local, state and National Associations of Realtors, and has been a long-time recipient of the area's Distinguished Sales Award (formerly Million Dollar Club), as well as being on the Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors President's Honor Roll. Pat has also worked on the Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, a variety of community service boards, and is an active member of her church.
Her strong background in residential, investment, commercial, REO's and relocations, as well as her extensive knowledge of Hilton Head Island and surrounding communities has enabled her to serve her clients and customers well.
